-In which cities can I have flowers delivered?

Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week for orders placed before 3pm. For orders placed after this time, we recommend that you contact Golden Flower to check the feasibility of same-day delivery.

-Can I have flowers delivered today?

Same day deliveries are available 7 days a week for orders placed before 3 p.m. For orders placed after this time, it is recommended to contact Golden Flower to check the feasibility of same day delivery.

-How should I place an order?

To place an order, simply choose a bouquet on the "Flower Bouquets" or "Flower Arrangements" category pages and fill in the recipient and delivery information. Once the bouquet has been added to the basket, you will need to provide your contact details (email address, last name, first name, billing address) before validating your information and proceeding to payment by accepting the general conditions of sale. Different payment options are available, including credit card, mWallet MarocPay, PayPal, cash transfer (Wafacash, Western Union) and bank transfer.

-Can I modify or cancel an order, and how?

You have the possibility to modify or cancel your order as long as the preparation of the bouquet has not started. Once the bouquet is being prepared or delivered, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. To make changes or cancellations, contact Golden Flower by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

-What are the payment methods?

You have several payment options available with Golden Flower, including online bank card, PayPal, Cash Transfer (Wafacash, Western Union), or Bank Transfer.

-Can I pay with a non-Moroccan bank card?

Yes, Golden Flower accepts payments in dirhams, euros and dollars, whether they come from anywhere in the world.

-Is the payment secured ?

The security of your online payments is ensured by the Payzone online payment platform. Payzone is certified by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), Moroccan banks, as well as by the international organizations VISA and MASTERCARD. The connection between the merchant site and Payzone is secured by the TLS 1.2 protocol, the highest level of data encryption on the Internet. In addition, Payzone uses 3-D Secure double authentication (Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) when your bank offers this service, to maximize the security of your online purchases.

-Can I get an invoice?

An invoice will be automatically sent to you by email as soon as your payment is validated. You can also consult it in your customer area.

This ensures that your recipient will be present at the address you specified.

If there is no response from your recipient to the number you provided, we will attempt to contact you and postpone delivery to a later date, which will be chosen by the bouquet recipient.

You will receive email notifications at each stage of the delivery process of your bouquet. You will receive a total of 4 emails with the following subjects:
