-In which cities can I have flowers delivered?

Golden Flower offers flower delivery in several Moroccan cities, including Agadir, Marrakech, Rabat, Casablanca, Oujda, Fès, El Jadida, Meknès, Nador, Tanger, Kénitra, Salé, Mohammédia, Assila, Témara, Larache, Khouribga, Settat, as well as their surrounding areas within a 20 km radius.

-Can I have flowers delivered today?

Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week for orders placed before 3pm. For orders placed after this time, we recommend that you contact Golden Flower to check the feasibility of same-day delivery.

-How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply choose a bouquet from the "Flower Bouquets" or "Floral Arrangements" category pages and fill in the recipient and delivery details. Once the bouquet has been added to the basket, you will be asked to provide your contact details (e-mail address, surname, first name, billing address) before validating your information and proceeding to payment by accepting the general terms and conditions of sale. Various payment options are available, including credit card, mWallet MarocPay, PayPal, cash transfer (Wafacash, Western Union) and bank transfer.

-Can I change or cancel an order, and how?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as the bouquet has not yet been prepared. Once the bouquet is being prepared or delivered, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. To make changes or cancellations, please contact Golden Flower by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.

-What payment methods are available?

You have several payment options available with Golden Flower, including online credit card, PayPal, Cash Transfer (Wafacash, Western Union), or Wire Transfer.

-Can I pay with a non-Moroccan bank card?

-Is payment secure?

The security of your online payments is ensured by the FPAY online payment platform, managed by FAST PAYMENT SA. FPAY is certified by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), Moroccan banks and the international organizations VISA and MASTERCARD. The connection between the merchant site and FPAY is secured by the TLS 1.2 protocol, the highest level of data encryption on the Internet. In addition, FPAY uses double 3-D Secure authentication (Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) when your bank offers this service, to maximize the security of your online purchases.

-Can I get an invoice?

An invoice will be automatically sent to you by e-mail as soon as your payment has been validated. You can also consult it in your customer area.

-Why is it necessary to provide your recipient's telephone number?

-What happens if your recipient doesn't answer the phone?

If your recipient does not reply to the number you have provided, we will try to contact you and reschedule delivery to a later date, chosen by the bouquet recipient.
